Gatech ranks number one in Industrial Engineering overall, but not for the subarea of Logistics.
Other strong players in Logistics are CMU, Stanford, Penn State, and UCLA.
And you are right, many universities put it under B-school, like MIT and UCLA. But I think that doesn't matter, 'coz as far as I know, most B-schools accept GRE if you are applying to the PhD program (but not MBA).
