哎哟，不知道大家有没有在姨妈来的前后什么的长姨妈痘。
我推荐有这种情况的mm可以考虑吃月见草油。。网上也有很多这样的推荐。
然后我觉得对闭合也很有效！真心的！
闭合很多时候就是内分泌问题。。
还有我吃meiji的胶原蛋白会发闭合。前两天刚吃了三次就在一块地方长了好几颗。这两天刚救回来。。不知道有没有mm跟我一样。。我吃燕窝也会有问题。。T 口T
