Vitamin C is the L-enantiomer of ascorbic acid. Commercial vitamin C is often a mix of ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate and/or other ascorbates.

"左旋VC" 就是"laevorotatory Vitamin C"
也可以说它是L-enantiomer of ascorbic acid.


如果你有Chemistry基础, 应该可以看出来有一个tetrahedrally bonded Carbon atom可以导致chirality.

相信GNC的阿姨是不可能知道这种东西的. 你得自己看标签.
