If you want to get a higher end mode, Xiaomi AX9000 local version is around S$239 from official Xiaomi Store when on promotion. That is one of the cheapest triband AX router for local version.
For low cost single router (sub S$100 WiFi 6 router), I will recommend TP-Link Archer AX72 from Carousell, BNIB at around S$80, dumped by M1 users. That is a better value than Xiaomi AX3000.
If you want to get a pair for mesh solution, then Asus RT-AX3000P (BNIB at around S$80, from Carousell, dumped by M1 users) x 2 = S$160 is a good alternative to a pair of Xiaomi AX3000 at S$139.
