3. Who should use HealthCerts?
Outbound travellers from Singapore who have completed their vaccination regime or have taken a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test are expected to present their respective HealthCerts according to requirements set out by the respective destination country or region.
This includes all travellers on Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) arrangements. Countries included under RGL can be found here.
For travellers on Periodic Commuting Arrangements (PCA), refer to the SafeTravel website for details.
