如果说某个部件，例如马达或者压缩机质保十年，就是厂家对自己的产品很有信心，广告的意思就是用户只需要花购买的钱，就能享受到10年的免费维护维修。如果按照上面有个帖说的，零件免费，但是要收好几百的人工费，那我觉得这就是欺诈了。用户这边的花销可能就是无底洞，如果10年内坏一次就500，坏两次就1k，这尼玛的比新的都贵了，这显然不合理。
