刚才看了一下那个In-principle approval letter, 上面写的是"I am pleased to inform you that the Long-Term Visit Pass application of the above named has been approved In-Principle subject to the production of the following documents", 下面列了四个东西，包括Form14, 现在的Visit Pass, 申请人护照及复印件，还有一张照片。没有体检。而且网上交钱之后，那个网页上有表格下载，没有medical report 那个表。记得第一次拿到的时候，是有体检表的。
去ICA的时候，特地问了,他们说不需要，只按照批准书上列出来的就好。
