What does your classmate say about you? What is the nature of his insults. Is what he says defamatory? The accepted legal definition of defamation is “the publication of a statement which tends to lower a person in the estimation of right-thinking members of society generally.” If the statements is defamatory you may have to instruct a lawyer and seek legal recourse to put a stop to his comments.
