Yes. You must report your change of address no later than 28 days from the date of change of residence. If you fail to report a change of address within the stipulated time frame, you are guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding S$5000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.
