just came back from Phuket TR153 on time
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
But when I went to Bangkok, Air Asia cancelled the afternoon flight and we were moved to the night flight.
Again, Air Asia FD3027 was delayed by nearly 2 hours. That's from Bangkok to Phuket.
