How did u deal with so many certificates and documents required by the Personal Particulars Form (MOM DPD 040203), such as citizenship certificate?
I've got the Birth Certificate and educational certificate. But I was told the copy of Identity Card of China can not be used - all copies should be certified. I guess I should go China Embassy to asked for the certification of IC and citizenship. Anyone got experience of that?
