支票后面有Notes表格一张,似乎是领取现金用的?

it is not for you, it is for the bank staff, when you cash your check with bank, they will write down the number of notes that they give you, for example, total = $230

100$ 1
50$ 2
10$ 3

那么为什么说一般不能领取现金呢?
