NUS library: can only borrow from the library where the book is located, but can return it at any library(NUS library).
national library: you can request delivery to any library you specified with a cost of 50 cents or 1 dollar
you can return it at any national library
sometimes, if u throw NUS book to national library accidentally, national library will return to NUS library for u, :).
