最近遇到winxp 的一些怪症，特请高手不吝赐教：
1。 不能正常关机， 一关就死机。
2。 系统提示要我activate windows, or else the system will not be usable after 5th April. 我点击进去，先输入product key,他给了个installation ID. 然后叫我联系本地的custom service representative(+65 -324-8098).这不知该怎么办？ 当然我不能联系他们。
3。cpu 温度高达55度， 机箱则是52度。
