MRT到CityHall后，步行到city hall。supreme court就在City Hall的旁边。
到了以后不要从正门进入，正对supreme court的大门右手边有一个侧门，从那里进入，那里有security会让你签名，办official translation是在一楼。直走到尽头就到了。
普通的毕业证，学位证应该是S$18，成绩单比较贵，好像是S$30或更多。如果没有记错的话。
顺便说一句。official translation并不能说明你原件的真实性，只可以说明是official translation based on the documents you passed to them for translation。
