I refer to your application for admission into the Hall of Residence in the academic year 2004/05 and regret to inform you that you are unsuccessful.
However, you will be put on the waiting list which is ranked in descending order of ECA points. Should there be vacancies in any of the Halls in the course of the entire academic year, the first person on the list will be notified and so on until the last person on the list is made an offer. Choice of Halls and rooms for those on the waiting list will be disregarded.

If you are still residing in the Hall and have indicated your wish to stay up to 30 June 2004, you are hereby informed to leave the Halls and return the keys by that date at 12:30 pm. A fine of $7.50 per day, including Sundays and Public Holidays, will be charged for late return of key until the day it is returned.
