use a win9x startup disk. go to DOS ( the so called real DOS mode)< then delete.

if you use NTFS, u may have to use a NTFS reader under DOS to read the NTFS partition and delete.

if you use NTFS, you can also use ur win2000/xp startup disk, go to rescue mode and delete.
