Singapore citizens who require your passport within the next seven (7) days may come down in person to the Information Counter at Level 2, Passport Unit, ICA Building with all of the following documents, during our operational hours:
Application for Self
a) Current passport (if any);
b) Digital/Physical IC;
c) Documentary evidence that shows urgent travel needs (hotel reservations, flight tickets, travel itinerary etc); and
d) Recent passport-sized photo (Taken within 3 months)
Application for your child (below 16 years of age)
a) Child's current passport (if any);
b) Child's original birth certificate;
c) Parent's digital/physical IC;
d) Documentary evidence that shows urgent travel needs (hotel reservations, flight tickets, travel itinerary etc); and
e) Recent passport-sized photo (Taken within 3 months)
You will be issued a queue ticket for an interview with our officers, who will assess your request and assist you accordingly. The waiting time is expected to be three or more hours during the following peak periods:
Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays
School holidays
The day before or after a public holiday
