数字人民币不是指你的存款总额，数字现金只是等同于纸币
不需要任何第三方支付工具就可以使用
所有的信用卡，微信，支付宝都是工具，和现金不一样
当然可以完全取消现金-包括纸币和数字币， 那么一切的日常交易就需要依赖于第三方工具 - 他们会很高兴
数字人民币，要做的除了绕开第三方工具以外， 还有更大的棋， 比如方便人民币国际化， 建立人民币为基础的结算体系-绕开swift
这个话题就大了 - 现在所有的支付工具都做不到
