NYGH应该留得更多吧，还有DSA的呢
一届貌似招生400多
南洋小学每级学生也是400多，每年PSLE 250分以上的有40%多，其中女生算一半吧，算下来也就100来人
就算全去南洋女中也才大概四分之一

DSA算是提前录取（分数需要满足express course的要求），跟PSLE posting基本上是分开的

新系统抽签顺序这里有提到一些：

如果是SAP学校，顺序应该是如下：
PSLE score - HCL - citizenship - school choice order - ballot

这段话比较关键：
A student with a better score will be posted first. Each student will be posted to a secondary school based on his/her choice order of schools, starting from the first choice. If there are no more vacancies in the school, the student will be considered for his/her next choice school.

这个意思是说录取是从高分到低分按顺序来的，4分的先录取完，再5分，再6分，我的理解是学校需要在同分里选择的时候会等到所有志愿的同分posting过来之后再进行。有一种极端情况不知道系统会怎么处理：
六个公民娃分数都一样，A，B，C都没有高华，第一志愿报SAP学校X，竞争两个学额；D，E，F都有高华，第一志愿报非SAP学校Y，第二志愿报学校X。这种情况下合理的是应该先让D，E，F抽签，然后一个没抽中的再post去学校X，A，B，C变成竞争一个学额。实际执行的时候不知道是怎样，想一想还挺头大的
