请假需要理由嘛？

记得我才毕业的时候，很傻很naive，请个长假跟老板说了很多理由。老板听到一半，就大手一挥，说你请假不需要跟我说这么多理由，即使是紧急情况，你说private reason就可以了。

之后一直到现在，请假我从来都没有用过理由。
