在我们进入大学注册的时候，我们签了一大堆东东，有一个文件里面大概有一条“是否同意NUS把你的信息交给第三方”，如果你当时选择的是“NO”的话，估计此刻是收不到Invitation Letter的。可以去OSA问问，改一些东西，大概2-3周后就能收到那封信了。

去年某人开始也没有收到Invitation Letter，后来去OSA咨询后就拿到了。情况可能有变，不过楼主还是不妨试试，祝好运！
