I am glad to inform you that we are already in the process of upgrading all free MSN Hotmail accounts and it should be upgraded by the end of the month. Please be aware that you do not need to do anything! You will be upgraded automatically. I apologize if the upgrade is taking quite some time. MSN Hotmail has a large network of subscribers and the upgrade is done by batches. Your patience on this matter is greatly appreciated.
