骗分与否，完全是看你自己怎么看，新加坡的eca制度本来就乱七八糟，每个什么club society给的分都没有什么明确的界定，几十个人的club跟几个人的society的leader同样拿分，前者的leader可能是有些leadership，后者就只要狗屎运就行了。这种制度下，难免会激励别人去找shortcut，用最少的effort拿到最好的eca point，这完全不是我们的错。
imagine one done a lot and get as many points as ppl who r in other eca but slack throughout e year.
maybe some ppl dun care abt points, they want to train their blar blar blar skills, ok, they r 有志的人，but y deny others e right to be slack??? there r lots of ppl who want to live in campus and want to be slack, y r they wrong???
life should be enjoyed, not use to torture yourself.
my point is, 骗分这种行为完全没有半点错，人各有志，有人喜欢当leader， 有人喜欢slack， 各有各的性格， 没理由规定每人就要on
