-go jogging (after sweating, u will feel better)
-eat ice cream (can cool u down)
-bao yin bao shi (eat and drink anything u want)
-watch movie(watch some movie that make u laugh_laugh away all the bad mood)
-sing (singing makes u forget about the anger temporarily)
-sleep (to forget all the anger)
-go shopping (to fa xie)
hehe...these are what i will do when i m angry and in bad mood. hope can help u !
