You are strongly discouraged from travelling to China, HongKong and Vietnam. We appeal to anyone who has been to these three countries or has come in contact with someone who has been there recently, to please inform the respective Hall Offices or Hall Counsellors. We will make arrangement to transfer you to a place away from the rest of the hostelites.
